Priest Welcome and Farewell

Our current priest, Mr. Ramnath Koirala, will be bidding farewell as he embarks on a journey back to his homeland in Nepal to be with his family. A new priest Mr. Govinda Adhikari will be serving the community as the priest of Pashupati Buddha Mandir after priest Mr. Koirala’s departure.

Kids Arts Contest

In observance of Saraswati Pooja 2024, the Nepal Education and Cultural Center (NECC), supported by Nepali Pathshala of Maryland, is delighted to announce an ART/POSTER COMPETITION for all kids and youth aged 5-18 years.

The submission deadline is February 29th, 2024!

This year’s theme is: β€œInspire, Share, Transform: Nurturing a Caring Society”

  • Ages 5 – 9 years old
